If we had to put all of our behavior and emotional challenges into just one bucket, it would be called the “instability bucket”! When our conscious mind and our subconscious mind ARE NOT in agreement, we can be called “double-minded”. In James 1:8 it reads, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways”. The quickest way to eliminate unwanted behaviors and fears, is to align the conscious mind and the subconscious mind using hypnosis. Once we understand the subconscious belief that is driving our unwanted behavior, we can change that belief. We can then easily adopt the desired new behavior. Now with our conscious mind and our subconscious mind in alignment, we are “single-minded” and able to achieve our desired goals.
